The Fireside Tavern and the Willows at Historic Strasburg’s most important priority is the safety and well being of our guests and our staff. We have taken measures to ensure the health and safety of all staff and guests.

• We have rigorously been following the food and safety laws to ensure we have a clean and safe environment and kitchen.

• We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting all areas.

• Staff is not allowed in the building if they are sick or have a fever. Temperature readings and wellness checks happen with all staff on arrival.

• Staff members are strictly following high standards of wearing masks, hand washing and glove usage.

• Staff is regularly sanitizing all customer and staff areas

• The kitchen staff is safety trained through SERVsafe.

• Hand sanitizer stations have been added.

 

 

Following the CDC’s and the PA Department of Health’s, and the Governor’s orders for safety & requirements with COVID19, The Fireside Tavern and The Willows at Historic Strasburg have implemented additional safety precautions on-site to maintain proper safety protocol for the staff, the clients, and any attending guests for all scheduled events. Our staff will be working with you regarding any necessary changes to your food and beverage selections for increased safety.
